WE UNDERSTAND THE STRUGGLE
Many students lose marks in Comprehension because they do not know what the question is really testing.

1. COMMON PROBLEMS
-
Students often understand the passage generally, but still cannot identify the exact clue needed for the answer.
-
Many answers are too vague, too long, or copied directly from the passage without proper adjustment.
-
Students may recognise the question, but do not know whether to answer with a reason, evidence, inference, language explanation, or paraphrase.
-
This causes them to lose marks even when they “roughly know” what the passage is about.

2. SUMMARY IS WHERE MANY STUDENTS PANIC
-
Students may find the correct points, but struggle to cut words, combine ideas and paraphrase accurately.
-
Some students copy too much from the passage, while others paraphrase until the meaning becomes inaccurate.
-
In timed conditions, weak summary technique often leads to missing points, awkward phrasing and poor word control.
-
The goal is not just to read faster. The goal is to know what to look for, what to keep, what to cut, and how to rephrase clearly.
Missed clues
Vague answers
Poor paraphrasing

WHAT STUDENTS NEED
A Clear Answering System.
Not by guessing. Not by copying blindly.
Our classes help students to:

Identify question types accurately

Find the right clues in the passage

Phrase answers with proper structure

Summarise and paraphrase effectively
This is what this June programme focuses on.
WE UNDERSTAND THE STRUGGLE
Many students only realise they are weak at Oral when they start speaking.

COMMON PROBLEM
Many students already have ideas.
But once they start speaking:
• their answers become repetitive
• points sound unclear
• examples are difficult to expand

WHEN THE TOPIC CHANGES, CONFIDENCE DISAPPEARS
Many students rely too heavily on memorised examples.
But during the examination, topics can easily shift towards unfamiliar areas such as technology, social issues, school life, community, or everyday experiences.
When students are caught off guard, many panic, pause too often, or give very surface-level answers.
That is why students need repeated guided practice — not just notes or memorised scripts.
Comprehension Intensive Schedule
In Person
Online
Comprehension is not just about understanding the passage. Students need to know how to identify the question type, locate the clue, phrase the answer and summarise accurately.

THE REAL PROBLEM
Oral is not about sounding fancy
The exam rewards students who can:
-
communicate ideas clearly
-
explain opinions naturally
-
support answers with relevant examples
-
respond confidently during follow-up questions
Strong Oral performance comes from practice, structure, and familiarity with common question styles.
Students need to know how to develop answers properly instead of giving short, underdeveloped responses.
That is what this June programme focuses on.
“Students rarely struggle because they have zero ideas.
More often, they struggle because they do not know how to organise and express those ideas clearly during the exam.”
